Bulley-Graham-Rawlins Funeral Home regrets to announce the death of Thomas ‘Tommy’ Downing Outerbridge in his 69th year. Loving son of the late John and Jeanne Outerbridge, loving husband of Angela Outerbridge, and devoted father of Robert [Julita], brother of the late Barclay Outerbridge, and stepbrother to Jack, Robin, Kirkland, and Montgomery. He is survived by cousins William, Janice, John, James, Deborah, Sue, Janice ‘Jan’, and Margo, sister-in-law Rebecca, and numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends in Bermuda and overseas.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at St Mark’s Church, South Road, Smith’s Parish, on Wednesday, 15th of October 2025 at 3:00 pm. Interment will follow immediately after the service at St. Mark’s Church Cemetery.
