Wendell “Mandy” Dwight Hayward

We regret to announce the passing of Wendell “Mandy” Dwight Hayward, beloved husband of Garylyn Hayward [nee Russell]; loving father of Teresa and Tyrone Williams, Janita Thomas, Claire DeCouto and Tyson Hayward; and beloved son of Audrey Hayward and the late Hilgrove Hayward in his 71st year of #11 Spring Hill Close, Warwick.
A service celebrating his life will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Heritage Worship Center, Dundonald Street, Hamilton. Interment will follow at Marsden Methodist Cemetery, South Road, Smith Parish.
The viewing will take place on Friday, February 16, 2024, at Amis Memorial Chapel from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. until 12:50 p.m. at Heritage Worship Center.
Wendell leaves to cherish his memories his siblings: Joseph Hayward [Debra], Sydney Hayward, Belvin Hayward [Zina], Clinton Hayward, Dionne Dowling [Preston], Darren Hayward; mother-in-law: Beverly Russell; sisters-in-law: Julie Russell Suber [Rory] and Garilee Ann King [Terence]; brothers-in-law: Ervin [Janita], Eric [Amanda], and Earl Bean; grandchildren: Kayjun Williams-Soares, Dayjah Bean [Keyahno], Mikiel Thomas, Mikah Williams, Marcal Thomas and Iyah Steede; three great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends far too many to mention.
Wendell was predeceased by his father-in-law Gary Russell.
