Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Albert Eugene (Jimmy) Trott. A home-Going burial service for Albert Eugene (Jimmy) Trott, beloved husband of the late Daisy Trott, father of Venetia (Vincent) Morrison and Stanley Trott (deceased), beloved Grandpa to Moses Simmons, son of the late Alice Riley, in his 93rd year, will be held on Wednesday 21st, October 2026 at Holy Trinity Cemetery, 25 Trinity Church Rd, Hamilton Parish at 11am. There will be no viewing.
He leaves behind brother: Hilgrove Riley, sister: May Riley, Sister-in-laws: Ainsley Outerbridge, Carol Burgess, nephews: Barry, Everett, and Wallace Wellman, Shaki Robinson, Kent (Theresa) Bascome, Rodney Bascome, Giovanni Burgess, Troy (Claire) Burgess, nieces: Debbie Wellman, Dena White, Vernell Burgess, Valerie Douglas, Vinette (Maurice) Smith, Michelle (Leonard ‘Shinah’) Simons, Laurita (Richard) Cooke, Elaine Brangman, Shenae and Clarvon Outerbridge. Special friends: The Mederios, The Woolridges, The Wilds, The Tuckers and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention. Albert was predeceased by Sisters: Edith “Peggy” Wellman, Frances Baker. Sister-in-law Jeanette Douglas. Brothers-in-law: James Hodgson, Charles and Clifford Burgess, Vincent Douglas. Nephew: Antione Burgess.
We would like to thank Dr. Fiona Ross and the “ladies and gents” of Lefroy House nursing staff for the excellent care of my father during his time there and Augustus Funeral Home for their dedication for the final care of my father.
