The funeral service celebrating the life of Astor Eccleston Owens, beloved husband to Lisa Mary Owens, loving son of James and Daphine Owens; long serving Senior Chef DePartie for 24 years at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club in his 58th year of # 2 Butterfield Lane, Sandys will be held on Friday, February 23rd, 2024 at the Vernon Temple AME Church, Middle Road, Southampton at 6:00pm.
Visitation for family and friends will be held at Vernon Temple AME Church, Middle Road, Southampton on Friday, February 23rd 2024 from 4:00 – 5:45 pm prior to the service.
He leaves to be dearly remembered by his children: Shantel, Sheree, Oster and Latoya Owens; stepchildren: Lauvita, Janeal and Lubin; 4 grandchildren; siblings: Claudia Smith, Marcia Watts, Jennifer, Bell [deceased], Trevor, Dave, and Steve Owens; nieces and nephews: Sharon, Paulette Macintosh, Christopher John, Vanessa, and Dwight Smith; special family Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, numerous more dear relatives and friends too many to mention.
