A funeral mass for Bernardino Moura Moreira, beloved husband of Maria da Conceicao, loving father to Lydia Saraiva [Roberto], and Lucia Peniston [Leo]; cherished grandfather to Melinda, Robert, Taylor [Jayshon], Sean [Andrea] and Nicole [Dylan], adored great-grandfather to Joziyah, Rylee, Sebastian, X’Niyah, Ah’Zari and Kaden in his 85th year, of Smiths, Bermuda, will be held at St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church, Middle Road, Warwick on Saturday, November 9th, 2024. Rosary at 10.30 a.m. and mass at 11.00 a.m.
He was predeceased by his parents Antonio Soares Moreira and Maria de Lourdes Moreira, his three brothers Manuel, Jose and Antonio. Bernardino is survived by brother, Joao Moreira [Ines] and his sister, Angelina Moreira [Jose] and numerous nieces and nephews and family friends in Bermuda, the USA, Canada and the Azores.
There will be no viewing. Colors may be worn. The interment will take place at St. George’s Cemetery, St. George’s Parish, Bermuda.
