A celebration of life service for Bessie Marguerite Horton of 4 Random Lane, Warwick WK 03, in her 66th year, beloved daughter of the late James Horton and the late Lillian [née Goodchild] Horton, loving sister of James Donald Horton and Josephine [Newbold] Smith, will be held at St. James’s Church, Sandys at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, 5th January, 2024.
Interment of ashes will follow at St. James’s Church Cemetery.
She is lovingly remembered by sister-in-law Tanya Goodchild, nephews Robert Goodchild, Roger [Paula] Goodchild, James Codrington, Jonathan [Charlie] Bean and Jonathan Smith; nieces Cindy [Dwayne ‘Streaker’] Adams, Rochelle Goodchild, Dawnika [Stephen] Ebbin, Dr. Jahni Smith and Tammy Goodchild; great nephews and great nieces; mentor Jennifer Bascome; goddaughter Tamica-Jo Smith; special friends Coolridge Bell, Peggy Elliott, Sheryl Martins and Lalisha Simmons; numerous other relatives and friends; Allen Temple AME Church family, Agape Faith Kingdom Ministries family and Anchor Crew. She was predeceased by her brother Robert [Peter] Goodchild and nephew Tristan Codrington.
