Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Betty-Anne Lynette Darrell.
A homegoing service for Betty-Anne Lynette Darrell, beloved wife of Erskine Darrell [26 years], daughter of Lois Weeks nee Dill and the late Norman Aston Butterfield. Mother of Robert, Roderick and Raenette Butterfield. Sister of the late Rev. Walter Smothers [Cynthia], Lois Astwood, the late Collin Dill, Suzette Butterfield, Norman Roderick Butterfield, Sherrell Mundy [Kingsley], Norma-Ann Smith, Veronica Edwards [Francis], Doris Beecher, The late Norman Beecher-Butterfield [Doris], the Hon. Michael Weeks JP, MP [Cindy], Troy Weeks [Stacey], Andre Weeks [Merlene], Joseph Weeks [Michelle] and Joelene Lindsay [Marlon]. Will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at St. Paul AME Church at 11am.
Interment will follow at Pembroke Parish Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Augustus Funeral Home, today, October 31, 2023 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
Lovingly survived by her darling grandchildren: Rianna Pitcher, Naomi, Ashton, Logan, Naledi, Malachi, Leo, Adesina and Azariah Butterfield. Her in-laws Doris Beecher, Larry [Tanya], Troy [Juneanne], Randolph, Judy, Roberta, Dronda, Devana, BettyAnn [Anthony], Dawnette, Tonya [Michael and Terry Pete]. Betty-Anne is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, godchildren, cousins and friends, she’ll also be fondly remembered by the Dill, Baxter-Wilson and Darrell Families.
