It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Braxton James Stowe Sr. of #4 McGall’s Hill Court, Smith’s Parish FL 05, beloved husband of Laverne Stowe; son of James L. Mallory and Lois J. Lambe and Amy Stowe.
A service celebrating his life will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Hamilton Seventh-Day Adventist Church King Street, City of Hamilton. Interment will follow in Marsden Methodist Cemetery, Smith’s Parish.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at Amis Memorial Chapel, Khyber Pass, Warwick.
Braxton leaves to cherish his memory his children: Leatitia Parfit, Devin Saltus, Braxton Stowe Jr. Glenn Jones [Camille] and Geno Jones; grandchildren: Aiden Jones, Tyristyn Saltus and Jason Parfit; siblings: Pamela B.A. Martin, Tasleem M. Talbot [Saleem], Bert Z. Lambe [Taqueena], Zelda F. Collins [Everett – deceased], Pearl Q.L. Trott [A. Douglas] and Yvette J. Lambe; aunts and uncle: Flavia Lambe, Brenda Smith, Carol Hollis and Brandon Lambe [Suane [Sue]; Brothers-in-Law: Alvin Hayward and David Jones; Godchild: Michael R. K. Williams; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
