Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Mr. Byron Waggoner “Waggie” Hill.
A celebration of life service for Byron Waggoner “Waggie” Hill of “HillGrande,” 17 St. John’s Road, Pembroke, loving husband of the late Grace Horsham Hill, son of the late Byron Hill of Hamilton Parish, beloved father of the late Philip Andre Hill, grandfather of Anthony Tuzo, DeUntay Darrell [Shereika], DeAndrea Easton, and Diamond-Lynn Binns, dedicated brother to Elizabeth “Beth” Phillips [late Quinton], Louise “Vesey” Darrell [late John], and Shirley Swan [Frederick] will be held at Hamilton Seventh-day Adventist Church on Sunday March 20, 2022, at 2:30 PM.
Interment will follow at the Seventh-day Adventist Cemetery in St. George.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at the Augustus Funeral Home, 5 Elliott Street, Hamilton, on March 19, 2022, from 6:30 – 8:00 pm.
Waggoner was predeceased by his wife, Grace Horsham Hill, his son Philip Andre, his siblings Charles “Charlie” and Irene, Alice, Gilbert “Bert” and Madeline, Roland and Sylvia, Burland “Toppy” and Burnette, Paul and Esme, Merrill “Pay,” and Michael “Homer and Maxine “Penny.” Waggie will be lovingly remembered by his numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
Covid-19 precautions are to be observed. Mask and hand sanitation will be required, social distancing observed.
