There will be a homegoing memorial service for Carol Sheila Vaughn Outerbridge, daughter of the Late William and Marie Outerbridge [nee Eve]; twin sister to Joy Outerbridge Sjoberg [Rune] and brother Lincoln Outerbridge. A graveside service will be held at St. John’s Anglican Church Cemetery, Pembroke on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 3:00pm. Colours may be worn.
