Caroline Agnes Faries

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Caroline Agnes Faries, who, after a lengthy illness died peacefully on Saturday, 10 October 2026. She was in her 92nd year. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Jeremiah, in 2017. She leaves to mourn her passing her children, Jeremiah (Kathleen) Faries, Susanne (Derek) Myles, Glenn Faries, Timothy (Angela) Faries, and Deanne (Daniel) DeSilva; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Myles, Alexandra Myles, Nathaniel Faries (Agatha Cheng), Jordan Faries, Abigail Faries, Charlotte Faries, and Patrick Faries. Also mourning Caroline’s loss are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends, and her Church family at Paget Gospel Chapel.
A homegoing service will be held at Paget Gospel Chapel, 44 Middle Road, Paget, on Tuesday 27th October 2026 at 2:00 pm AST, with interment to follow at Christ Church Warwick, 96 Middle Road, Warwick. After the interment, the family would like to invite you to join us for a time of fellowship and light refreshments in the lower hall at Paget Gospel Chapel. We would love to hear your reminiscences of Caroline and share with you some of our own.
We’d also like to say a special thanks to all the nurses, caregivers and staff at Westmeath Residential and Nursing Care Home, Life Care ward, who provided such loving and tender care to our mother during the time that she was with them.
Colours may be worn. Caroline’s favourites were pink, black and florals.
