Clarence Ross Smith

A service celebrating the life of Mr. Clarence Ross Smith, son of the late Ethlyn Smith [nee Duerden] and O.C. ‘Slim’ Smith, beloved father of Marlo Santiago [Pythagoras James], Seretse Smith [their mother Janet Smith] and Marisa Etting [Jason]; cherished grandfather of Joanna and Maximilian Santiago, and Eli and Ethan Etting; brother of Lois Stowe [Philip], in his 71st year of 12 Sleepy Hollow Drive, Hamilton Parish, will be held at New Testament Church of God Glory Temple, Southside Building, 5 Wescott Road, St. David’s, St. George’s Parish, 11 o’clock Saturday morning, August 22ND, 2015. Interment will follow at Richard Allen cemetery, Secretary Road, St. George’s.
Ross also leaves to cherish his memory nieces Elizabeth Butterfield and Linda Stowe, nephew Philip Stowe Jr., great nieces Tanya Simmons [Frank], Kayla and Chantal Stowe, great nephew Lyndon Butterfield; special cousin Malcolm Ming; special friends Leonard Holder, Teddy Swainson, and Alfred Wright; godson Sean Bulloch of Toronto, Canada; Senior Tourism Ambassadors and numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bermuda Heritage Association, P.O. Box GE 91, St. George’s GEBX.
Visitation: Friday evening only, August 21st. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Edith Claire Spencer Hall [St. Peter’s], York Street, St. George’s from 7:30 – 9:00 p.m.
