Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of: – Cleo Janet Douglas [nee Martin-Robinson].
A Homegoing service for Cleo Janet Douglas [nee Martin-Robinson], beloved mother of Melvin Douglas, the late Gina Douglas and the late Karen Douglas-Raynor; daughter of the late Lillian Robinson and Ormond [Billy] Robinson; sister to Malik Azhar [Malcolm], Derek Robinson, Dilton Robinson [Terry], Sheila Francis, Lovette Lovell, Laureen Robinson-Wolffe, the late Winston [Tom] Robinson, in her 87th year of 8 Cloverdale Road, Devonshire, will be held at St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church, Cedar Avenue on Friday, January 9, 2026 at 10:30 a.m.
Visitation will be held at Augustus Funeral Home on Thursday, January 8, 2026 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Interment to follow at Holy Calvary Cemetery, Roberts Avenue.
Lovingly survived by grandchildren: Jamari and Jelani Douglas, Khalil Brunson, Michelle Douglas; numerous nieces and nephews, The Martin Family, The Burgess Family; special cousin: Cherol Anderson; godchildren: Alice Astwood-Smith, Linda Trott, Beverley Scott and Dwayne Beach; special friends: The late Christine Tannock Astwood, The late Marie Tucker and the late Josiane Young, Sylvia Borden, Leroy Douglas [father of children], Ethlyn Davis, Ann Beach, The Astwood Family, The Tucker Family, The Young Family, Easter Lily Nursing Home.
