Williams [Franklin] and the late Kamal [Lucky] El-Amin, loving father to Lacie Williams-Hill, grandfather to Cai’la Rose Williams, brother to Michael and the late Anthony Williams, in his 72nd year of 16 Mount Hill, Pembroke.
