Clyde Quinton Simons Jr

We regret to announce the passing of Clyde Quinton Simons Jr., sunrise June 22, 1959, to sunset February 28, 2026, in his 67th year. He was the son of Clyde Simons Tota Sr. [Jean] and the late Edith Mills nee Lambert; loving father to Latoya Simons [mother, Mary Simons]; grandfather to Jayde Butterfield; beloved brother to Vance Lambert, the late Jade Roland, Devena Lightbourne, Vermont Simons and Lovette Dickinson, of 20 King Street, City of Hamilton.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday April 6th, 2026, at 4:00 pm at AMIS Memorial Chapel, Khyber Pass, Warwick. The interment of his ashes will follow the service at Pembroke Parish Cemetery.
Clyde leaves to be remembered by his sister-in-law Frederica Lambert; brother-in-law Kevin Lightbourne; uncle Egbert Simons; aunts: Cynthia Crofton, Rita Talbot [Clemetin], Cora Tota Tucker and Dee Simons; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, nieces and nephews-in-law; special friends of the family: Margaret [Meg] Slocum-Lambert, LaRuna Lambert and Elvin Hayward, and many other dear relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
He was predeceased by his grandparents: Dudley and Juliette Simons and Richmond ‘Palmer’ and Eleanor Wade Lambert and aunt Diane Russell [Raymond].
