A homegoing memorial service Mrs. Denise Claudette DeShields, beloved wife of William Chappell, loving mother to Michael Cody DeShields, daughter of Stanley “Bobby” Ben Hogan DeShields and Norma Schuepp [Peter], sister to Sharon Pimentel [Wayne], Deborah “Sunshine” DeShields [Wayne] and Angela Rawlins, granddaughter of the late Frances and Clarence DeShields, in her 60th year of High Point Lane Southampton will be held at St Johns Anglican Church Pembroke on Monday, March 18,2024 at 3pm, interment to follow at Pembroke Parish Cemetery.
Lovingly survived by aunts: Ismay Bean, Claudette DeShields; uncles: Ralph “Jimmy”, John “Jonny”, Leroy “Joe”, Phillip “Marlo” DeShields; niece: Michelle Pimentel; great niece: Kaya Pimentel; nephew: Michael Pimentel; cousins: Nicole Hassell, Carla May Bean, Keisha Johnson, Quanae Tuzo, Shannon DeShields, Deanna Williams, DeNae DeShields, Michael Thomas “Terry”, Makeba DeShields, Tanya Loder, Shawn James, Johnette Mitchell, Patricia Deshields, Veralynn DeShields, Herman DeShields Jr., Penny Simons, and many others, also her special friends Clarence Nipper Parson, Wendy Ebbin, Welma Steede, David Hanson, and a special thanks to a very special friend of hers, Jo-Ann Mills.
