Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Mrs. Edith Irene Mrytle “Tuttie” Hinkson.

A celebration of life service for Mrs. Edith Mrytle Irene “Tuttie” Hinkson, loving wife of Mr Stanley Hinkson and devoted mother of Linda Wilson, David Fough [Desarae], Janice Hardtmann and Paula Fough and the late Gerald, Leon [Butchie] [Carol], Warren and Denton Fough, in her 94th year, formerly of Bean Dale Spanish Point, will be held Today, June 26th2023 at Midland Heights Seventh Day Adventist Church at 2 pm.

Interment will follow at Holy Trinity Church, Hamilton Parish.  

There will be no viewing.

She is survived by her siblings: Deanne [Conrad], Michael, Donna, Beverley, Libby and Leigh; grandchildren: Victor, David [Renee], Precious [Orville], Shawn [Monique], Dina, Jerrilyn, Jermaine, Ornette [Meisha], Zuri, Shannon, Graeme, Leon Jr, Quanae, Jerrika, Dennika and Haile; 25 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren; Aunt Mary Smith and Uncle Gary [Bushie] Gibbons; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; special cousins: the late “Pop” Hall, Pat Hall, Delbert and Sinclair Trott, Marguerite Bean and Kay Foggo; special friends: the late Sybil Frazier, Myra Godwin, Grace Woodley and Syvilla Stanley; Verna Dickenson and Family and Diane Hollis; the Hamilton SDA Church family, the Bingo Crew, the Spot Restaurant Crew, Sylvia Richardson Staff and so many others too numerous to mention.  She was predeceased by her parents Muriel Hall and Claude Gibbons, sibling Spoona [Roger]; Aunts: Essie Hollis, Wilma Foggo, Eileen Gibbons, Kathleen Hall and Uncles: Billy, Cordover, Burton, Harry and Lionel and Brother and Sister-in Law Rose and Rennie Hinkson.  Special thanks to Doctors Ross and Mathew.
