A Memorial Mass honouring the life of Elizabeth “Bessie” Navarro Sanchez Lawrence, will be held on Saturday, 9th September 2023 at 11:00am at St. Theresa’s Cathedral, Cedar Avenue, Pembroke.
Elizabeth “Bessie” Navarro Sanchez Lawrence is survived by her children Ellieron [Aldrin] Sarili, Lystraneil Velasco, Chiarra [Ahmed] Chico, Fatima Chico and Llewellyn “Louie” Lawrence II; her grandchildren Princess, Pocholo, Santera’, Aeolus, Sauco’, Akiro, Tujahri, Sanjai and Sara; her siblings Davina Reyes, Bernadette [Rafael] Valenzuela, Leslie [Romeo] Romero, Portia [Ricardo] Molina, Jura Gerzer, Lucille [Winfield] Sanchez-Wilson, Febe [Mario] Pamorada, Jessie Sanchez, Joseph [Nerissa] Sanchez, John [Cynthia] Sanchez, Mar [Jennifer] Sanchez, Jessilu [Dennis] Mendiola and Jesus Sanchez; her mother-in-law Sheila Lawrence Looby; Sisters-in-law Marie [Clayton] Busby and Shrirlene [Adrian] Spencer; Brother-in-law Stuart Lawrence; 35 nieces and nephews; great aunts Priscilla Sanchez, Lourdes Ducusin and Olivia [Allan] Ortile; great uncle Alfred [Barbara] Fubler; Dearest friends Juanita Ratteray, Delores Thomas, Walter and Joanne Ingham, Perri Trott, Marie Trott and Sheryl Lightbourne; special cousin Ghenie [James] Edwards and numerous other relatives and friends. Elizabeth was predeceased by her parents Lucilla and Jesus Sanchez, and her late husbands Ronald Chico and Llewellyn Ralph Lawrence I.
