We regret to announce the passing of Elma Barbara-Ann Smith of Matilda Smith Seniors Residence, Devonshire DV 07; wife of the late Leon C. Smith; daughter of the late Clifford Simons and the late Albana Simons [nee Paynter]; and mother of Gina James, and the late Randall D. Smith.
A Celebration of life service for Elma Barbara-Ann Smith, of Matilda Smith Seniors Residence, Devonshire DV 07; beloved wife of the late Leon C. Smith; daughter of the late Clifford Simons and the late Albana Simons [nee Paynter]; and loving mother of Gina James [Ricky] and the late Randall D. Smith will be held on Friday 10th November 2023 at 11:00am at Bright Temple A.M.E. Church, Warwick. Interment to follow in St. James Church Cemetery, Sandys.
There will be no viewing.
She leaves to cherish her memory grandchildren: Andre James, Rikki Durham [Derrick] and Brandy Burrows [Warren]; great grandchildren: Gabre Selassie, Shade Spencer, Anaiyah and Elijah Burrows; honorary son Gary Burgess; special niece Shirlene White; sisters: Lorraine Smith, Agnes Foley and Merle Robinson; sisters-in-law: June and Jean Simons; brothers-in-law: Harold Smith and Canon Thomas Nesbitt; goddaughters: Angelique [Swan] Burgess and Angela Hayward; godson Allan Crockwell; adopted family: Donna and Tammy Musson; special friends the Mixed Majors Bowling League and Bowling community, numerous more family and friends to many to mention.
Colours may be worn.
