We regret to announce the passing of Eloise Miriam Dowling nee Bean, beloved wife of the late Charles Reginald Dowling in her 94th year of # 19 All- Spice Gardens, Dowlingville, Warwick. The funeral service honouring her life will be held on Monday 12th February 2024 at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Middle Road, Warwick at 9:30am. Interment will follow the service in Christ Church Devonshire Cemetery, Middle Road, Devonshire.

She leaves to cherish her memory her siblings and their families: Gwendolyn [Eugene] Lightbourne, Etoile [Louis, deceased] Wilson, Harry Bean, Winston [Sharon] Bean, Juliette [Wayne, deceased] Jackson, Janet [William] deShield, Helene [Clifford] Russell, Marilyn [Theodore] Meggett, Gary [Linda] Bean, Michael [Canise] Bean, Karen [Stephen] Robinson, Althea [Pernell, deceased] Roberts, Paulette [Maxwell] Burgess, Andrea [Cleveland] Harris, Jennifer [Damon] Sterling, and Dwayne Bean; brother-in-law, Bernard [Elizabeth] Dowling; special niece and caregiver, Marie [Antoinette] Beach; special cousins, Brenda [Keith] Swan and family, Elizabeth Butterfield, and Scott Holder; god-daughter, Linda Stowe; step-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, and friends, too numerous to mention. Mrs. Dowling was predeceased by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Burton [Florence] Bean; mother-in-law, Geraldine Dowling; husband, Charles Reginald Dowling; sister, Iris [Robert, deceased] Symons; brother, Gerald [Faith] Bean; step-daughter, Diane [Kenneth] Turner; nieces, Marlene Bean and Shirmelle [Gladstone] Gomes; nephews, Ashley Lightbourne and Justin Fisher; beloved cousin, Marina Ottley; and aunt, Lucille [Leonard, deceased] Holder.

There will be no viewing. Turquoise was Eloise’s favorite color.
