Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Eugene Jose’ Herbert of Old Road, Hamilton Parish, formerly of Orchard Grove, Pembroke in his 88th year, former owner/operator of Taxi #1077 and son of the Late James Leon and Amelia Theodosia Herbert.
A celebration of life for Eugene Jose’ Herbert will be held on Tuesday, 13th August, 2024 at the First Church of God, North Shore Road, Pembroke at 1pm.
Interment of Ashes to follow at St. John’s Church Cemetery.
Jose’ is survived by his brothers Basil and Brian Herbert, sisters Bernadine Gittens and Eula Mays. He was predeceased by siblings, Carlton Herbert, Edna Brookes and Christina Herbert of the West Indies, Ruby [Aileen] Aitcheson, Doris Simmons, Ursula Roberts, Esther Harris of the U.S.A., Sidney Herbert and Rev. Leon Herbert.
Numerous other relatives and friends in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom and the West Indies.
