We regret to announce the passing of Frances Helen Benjamin Goins of 7 Sunrise Drive, Hamilton Parish; dawn – 7th December, 1931 to dusk – 20th August, 2023.
She leaves to be dearly remembered by her children David Goins, Alvin Benjamin, Debra Goins-Francis [Clement Francis], Cheryl Watts [Junior Watts], Andre Goins; grandchildren Derek Robinson [Rhaleema Robinson], Jelani Nias [Shonelle Canterbury], Dion Ford, Chay Goins [Kamica Goins], Michael Wilson, Jainero Watts [Alba Watts], Danae Lightbourne; great-grandchildren Shiann Nias, Jesiah Nias, Ra’eesah Robinson, Razeeyah Robinson, Christian Goins, HaZai Wolfe, D’Sia Ford, Zariyah Daniels-Ford, Thomas Michael; Sister: Ms. Olive Benjamin; Nieces: Jennifer Benjamin, Gail Parker, Terry-Lynn Gibbons, Karen Bashir-Joyiens, Charmaine Bashir Wells, Nicole Lewis, Andresa Bashir-Dyer, Yolanda Bashir-Page, Shana Parker, Jamie Parker-Wilson; Nephews: Gary [“Cooie”] Benjamin, Perry Scott, Edward Bashir; Great nieces, nephews and cousins: the Patrick family and others too numerous to mention; special neighbours and friends from all aspects of life, together with church friends and work colleagues too numerous to mention.
Frances was predeceased by her parents George and Edith Benjamin, and her siblings Calvin Benjamin, Edward Bashir [Barbara Bashir] and Carol Benjamin.
Special thanks to Mrs. Carolyn Walker, Allen [Nagma], Sherrie [Lyndon], Jennifer and the entire Walker family. Dr. Zeinab Hussein and the Doctors and Nurses of the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital and Agape House.
A private funeral service was held for Mrs. Frances Helen Benjamin Goins on Thursday 24th August 2023.
