Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of: – Gary Wendell Jones.
A Homegoing service for Gary Wendell Jones, beloved son of the late Frances Ilene Hill, brother to Joy Robinson [Wayne], Jan Bean [Wilbur], Roger and Rembert Hill, will be held at St. Paul A.M.E. Church, Today, August 18, 2023 at 12:00 pm.
Interment will follow at St. John’s Cemetery.
There will be no viewing.
Lovingly survived by nephew: Jarae Hill-Thompson; nieces: Waynika, Vanessa [Keith], Tonya, Le-Anna, Zaria; numerous cousins, special cousin: Charles Jones III, friends: Belinda Hill and Kelli Thompson, neighbours and friends. Gary was pre-deceased by his mother: Frances Ilene Hill, Uncles: Charles Leroy, Rupert, Vernon and Denton Jones. Aunt: Elois Jones Cousin: Charles Leroy II.
