A homegoing celebration for Mr. George Wesley Herold Phipps of Town Hill, Flats, in his 87th year will be held at the St. Paul A.M.E Church on Wednesday, April 12,2023 at 11am, with interment to follow at St Johns Cemetery, Pembroke.
The son of John George and Mary Margarita Albouy- Phipps. Survived by his wife Linda Phipps; children: Kevin, Trevor [Sheri], Trenton and Stacy; brothers: Earlston, Eugene [Julie], Llewellyn [Deceased] [Elsie]; sisters: Moria [Deceased] [Boyd], Elva [Deceased], Shirley [Deceased] [Melvin], Helene [Kenneth], grandchildren: Nasaj, Nyanje, Xyaire and Coeshan. Special acknowledgment to: Blue Waters Angler family, BCM Family, Matilda Smith Nursing Home, Capri’s Keep It Moving Transportation, Alvin Edness [The Driver], Dialysis Unit. Special friends: Vernal Burgess, Derrick Augustus, Geno Wolfe; special nieces and nephews: Ellsworth and Johnette; and numerous relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held this evening Tuesday, April 11,2023 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
