Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Mr. Gerald Wilston Harris.
A homegoing service for Mr. Gerald Wilston Harris, beloved husband to the late Beatrice Harris, son of the late Edward and Thelma Harris, loving father to Anthony [late Rosita], Cleveland [Andrea] and Geraldine Harris [late Durward], Juliette Lapsley [late Kevin], Terry Compton [USA] [Michael], Antoinette Richardson [Denton], brother to Ronald [Delores] and Phillip Harris [Ernestine], Sheila Smith [USA] [late Bob], Gloria-Jean Hayward [late Winslow], in his 89th year of 11 Lusher Hill East, Warwick, will be held at Warwick Holiness Church 85 Spice Hill Rd Warwick on July 31, 2023 at 11:00am.
Interment will follow at Pembroke Parish Cemetery.
There will be no viewing.
Lovingly survived by grandchildren: Roseann [Jason] and Cleavon Harris, Daelan Richardson, Daylon and Janai Compton USA, Davien Bean [Rochelle] Canada, Vashon Cann; special niece: Denise Harris [Shanday and Korey]; godson: Preston Dowling; special friend: Burnell [Skeets] Zuill [Jamaica]. Gerald was pre-deceased by his brothers: Junior [Bubba] and Dennis Harris; sisters: June Harris, Vilma Nelson-Stokes and Valerie Hayward.
