We regret to announce the passing of Hartley Jelf Duncan, son of the late Headley and Ethel Duncan, beloved husband of Ethelyn Duncan, loving father to Alison McLawrence and Shauna Duncan and Special Stepchildren David and Christopher Williamson, Anastacia, Orlando Rice and Colina Outerbridge, brother to Norris, Douglas and the late Hugh Duncan, sisters Hermine, Winsome, Constance, and Judith, in his 79th year of #3 Ways Lower, 25 Stowe Hill, Paget.
A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, Ewing Street, Hamilton, on Monday, September 12th, at 2.00pm.
There will be no viewing.
Lovingly remembered by grandson Zachary Needham; son-in-law of the Late Eric and Rhona Outerbridge, brothers and sisters in laws; Randolph, Ralph, Ralston Outerbridge, Brenda Sewell and the Late Linda Outerbridge; special friends from Bermuda Press and Island Press.
