Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Hilton James Woodrow Smith.
A graveside service celebrating the life of Hilton James Woodrow Smith, in his 73rd year of 56 Dunscombe Road Warwick, son of the late Austin and Marian Smith, loving husband of Mary Smith, father of Shawn, Shawnette and Diana Smith, will be held on Saturday, June 13th, 2026, at 2:30 pm at St. John’s Cemetery, 127 St. John’s Road Pembroke. Visitation will be held at Augustus Funeral Home Friday, June 12th from 6:30-8:00 pm.
He leaves to cherish his memories grandsons; Denjuan Nesbitt, Mezziah Smith, and Uzarin Ming-Smith, siblings; Joan Vidale, Austin Smith Jr, Veronica Stovell (Eugene), Sheila Smith, Benjamin Smith, Marjorie Whorms-Grant (Larreau) and Jonathan Smith; nieces: Laval, Juanita, Amy-Lynn Jennifer, Dawn, Alea, Asha, Austin, Keira, Keivaughnae and Alicia; nephews: Andrew, Amori, Aaron, Jason, Keith Jr, Jonari, David Jr, Caleb and D’Andru; special friends Keith Smith, Victoria Watson, Island Construction family, Usual Suspects, Charing Cross family, and other relatives and family too numerous to mention.
Hilton was predeceased by brothers Michael and David Smith and nephews Anthony and Avonn Browne.
