A celebration of life service for Iona Sylvani ‘Onie’ Roach, daughter of the late John and Gladestine Roach, sister to Phyllis Jones, John Roach [Muriel], the late Claudine Jones [Alfred Woody], the late Lois Young [Clifford], the late Eldon Roach [Muriel], in her 88th year of 6 Perimeter Lane, Pembroke, will be held at The Wesley Methodist Church on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at The Wesley Methodist Cemetery, Pembroke.
Visitation will be held at The Wesley Methodist Church, today, March 19, 2024 from 1:00 pm – 1:50 pm. She also leaves to cherish her memory: nieces: Carol-Ann Seymour [Carl]; Melina Roach, Sandra Seymour, Andrea Cunningham [James], Angela Whiting [Cedric], Donna Hylton [Don]; niece-in-law: Diane [Bobbie] Jones; nephews: Daron Roach [Nicole], Shaun Jones, Dwayne Roach. Great nieces/nephews [local]: Carleisha Seymour, Dion Seymour [Tonique], Troy Seymour [Wendy], Shane Hodgson, Collin Bean, and many that grew up abroad; godchildren: Marlo Burgess, Kenneth Young. Numerous other relatives and friends. Iona was pre-deceased by her nephew: Antoine Jones; godson: Keith Young.
