We regret to announce the passing of Mr. James Arthur Lloyd Scott.
It is with a lifetime of love and fond memories that we announce the passing of Mr. James Arthur Lloyd Scott, husband of the late Ruth Fox Scott, son of the late Annie Scott and Stanley Lindley, loving father to Lloyd Scott [Gail], Karen [Queenie] Smith, Mansfield [Bill] Scott, Cynthia Ottley [Dennis], Laverne Augustus, Shirlene, Joycelyn, Marilyn, Kevin, Noel, Lindley [Joann], Webster and James Tony [Ruth] White and the late Shanda Scott, brother to Andrey Fleming [USA], the late Willard, Leslie, Reginald and Charles Scott, Ivy Lowe and Athalie Simons and in his 97th year of 8 Eastdale Lane, Southampton.
A graveside service will be held Today, April 15, 2021 at St. Annes Cemetery, Southampton at 12:00 pm.
There will be no viewing.
Lovingly remembered by grandchildren: Loriette Daley-Scott, Janine Scott, Deon and Daren Smith, Shavonne Roser, Shanika Hodgson, DeeAnna [Dean] Boyles, Dennis Ottley, David [April] and Vonnek Augustus, Shai Scott, Mondell and Mandy Scott, Nekeya [Aaron] Simmons, Jason Scott, Lindley, Lekan, Leshaun, Luri and Lynzhi Scott, Webster Butler, Jamal Burgess, Shareena and Stacy Hall, Charmaine and Nathan White, Ashton [Taibitha], Tyler and Jonathan White, 38 Great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. His special brother Edmund Fox and sister in laws – Lois Scott and Minna Scott. Numerous god-children, special nieces and nephews and a host of relatives. Special friends: Bill Anderson, Robert Powell, Curtis Landy, Michael Fox, Arnold Brown, Raynor, DeRosa, Bromby, Smith/Gomes, Elijah & Elisha Joell, Hart, and Trott families. He was predeceased by great granddaughter Kadence Scott and siblings/in-laws Willard [Lucille], Leslie, Reginald and Charles [Barbara] Scott, Ivy [George] Lowe and Athalie [Erskine] Simons.
