Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of: – Janice Cynthia Wright.
A Homegoing service for Janice Cynthia Wright, daughter of the late Nathaniel [Slippery] and Cynthia Adams, loving mother to Dervin Wright [Belinda], Derek Wright [Jenita] and Lisa Hall [Troy], sister to Greta Lawrence [late Rudolph], Sandra Belboda, Claudette Adams [Robert], Linda Martinez [James], Derek Adams [Crisetta], the late Burnell Adams [Carrie], Barbara Cox and Carolyn Burgesson [late Ivan], in her 88th year of 13 Chapel of Ease Lane, St. Georges, will be held at Bethel A.M.E. Church, on Sunday, May 24, 2026 at 3 pm.
Visitation will be held at Augustus Funeral Home on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and also at Bethel A.M.E. Church, on Sunday, May 24, 2026 from 2:00 to 2:50 pm
Interment to follow at Pembroke Parish Cemetery.
Lovingly survived by grandchildren: Junita Woolridge, Troy Hall Jr., Demi and Zoé Wright [Shane], Blaiz and Kashê Hall; great grandchildren: Jaylani, Keni, Mila and Jai; uncle: Clyde Tucker [Alethea]; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
