Joan Ann Dobson

It is with great sadness for the family to announce the passing of Ms. Joan Ann Dobson [Nee Robinson] daughter of the late Bernard J. [Bernie] Robinson and Grace A. D. Robinson [Nee Romaine] in her 83rd year.
Joan was the loving wife of the late Herbert [Herbie] Dobson; Devoted mother of the late William [Billy] Gary Sousa and Bubby Eugene Sousa; stepson; Hubert Eugene Sousa-Richardson and stepdaughter; Marylee Watson. Beloved grandmother of Kevin Sousa and his daughter Cymone Sousa formerly of So Far Lane, St. David’s.
Joan is survived by siblings: June Rapose [late Ernest], Jean Paiva [late Eddie], Diane Brangman [husband Raymond] and Dorothy Robinson. Brothers: Robert [Robbie] Robinson [Wife Brenda] and Winston Robinson. Sisters-in-law, Freda, Teresita, Amy and Tammy Robinson. Nieces and nephews too numerous to mention in Bermuda and overseas. Extended family members; Baker, Romaine, Compagnon and Monk Families. Joan was predeceased by siblings: Bernard [Sparky], Gary, William [Boogie], James [Jimmy], Wayne, Dennis, Harry and Dana Robinson.
Homegoing service and interment is scheduled for Tuesday, 7th May at 11:00 am at St. Johns, Church, Pembroke.
