A celebration of life service for Joan Irene Gibbons, beloved wife of the late George Ivan Gibbons; daughter of the late Leonard Dill and the late Vina Dill; mother to June Huggins [Eustace], Sharon Young, Eugene Gibbons [Sharron], Marie Franklin [Larry Sr.], Sydney Gibbons [Katherina], Henry Gibbons [Terrylynn], Leonard Gibbons [Rosamund]; in her 93rd year of #18 Riviera Crescent, Southampton, will be held at the Southampton SDA Church, Middle Road, Southampton on Monday, June 10, 2024 at 2pm. Interment will follow at the St. George’s SDA Cemetery, Secretary Road, St. George’s.
Viewing will be held at the Amis Memorial Chapel, Khyber Pass, Warwick, on Sunday, June 9, 2024, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.
Lovingly survived also by brother Karvin Dill [Esteria], sisters Sharron Poole [George], Violet Estephane [Patrick]; 21 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and numerous other family members and friends. The service will be livestreamed by the Southampton SDA Church. Shades of blue can be worn.
