We regret to announce the passing of Jose Caetano Da Cunha in his 79th year of # 22 Mill Shares Road, Fairylands, Pembroke, beloved son of the late Gil and Lurdes Cunha. Family was everything to Jose and he is sadly missed by his wife and best friend of 54 years, Maria Zulmira Cunha; children: Natercia Jimenez, Elizabeth Munt [Mark] and Mark Cunha [Nichola]; grandchildren: Ashley Smith, Ezequiel Jimenez, Kristin Munt, Amaiah Jiminez, Alyssa Cunha, Brandon Cunha, Khloe Munt and great-grandson [unborn]; siblings: Gil Cunha [Eduarda], Manuel Cunha [Eduarda], Silvino Cunha [Ines], Lurdes Sousa [David- deceased], Gloria Leandro [Jose], Eduarda Albano [Fernando] and predeceased by his sister Rosalina Cunha. He also leaves to cherish his memory special nieces and nephews, many other family members and friends both in Bermuda and abroad.
A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday 16th February 2022 at St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Cathedral, Cedar Avenue, Hamilton at 3:00pm. Interment to follow at St. John’s Cemetery, Pembroke.
