A Funeral Mass celebrating the life of Mr. Jose Octavio Vieira, beloved husband of the late Mary Vieira, son of the late Antonio and Albertina Vieira; father of Susan DeMelo, Tina Caton [Dean] and Joseph [Rebecca], in his 81st year of # 1 Zuill’s Park Road, Smiths will be held on Wednesday, July 21st, 2021 at 3:00pm at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, South Road, Smith’s. Interment to follow at St. Mark’s Cemetery, Smith’s.
He is also survived by grandchildren: Sabrina Caton, Brittany DeMelo, Jordan and Eva Vieira; brothers: Felipe [Natalia], Alfonso [Filomena], Francisco [Mariazinha]; sisters: Odete Alberto [Jose-Maria], Fatima Leitao, Silvana Paiva [Felipe], Maria-Jose Tavares, Emanuela Galvao [Joao]; brothers-in-law: Joe Sousa [Hilda], John DeSilva; sisters-in-law: Luisa Sousa, Fernanda Vieira; uncle: Alfonso Tavares, many nieces, nephews, godchildren, other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Predeceased by brother: Antonio Vieira; brothers-in-law: Eduardo Leitao, Joao Albano and Tony Sousa; sister-in-law: Lucy DeSilva.
