AMIS Memorial Chapel regrets to announce the passing of Joseph William Whinsley Butterfield Sr. of Davis House Upper, #4 South Road Devonshire in his 72nd year, beloved son of the late Marion Butterfield and the late Bruce Wade. Father of Joseph Butterfield Jr., (Kimesha).
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday October 3rd, 2026,3:00pm at First Church of God North Shore Road Pembroke. There will be no interment.
Joseph leaves to cherish his memory; son Joseph Jr. (Kimesha). Grandchildren; Josi’ Butterfield, A’Maiah Butterfield and Curtis Mallory; great grandchildren; Daza’Ya Mallory, Harlem Woolridge-Mallory, Isebella and Mylee-Shae Somersall and Xavi Ming.
Brothers; Hilgrove, James (Jimmy) and Maxwell (Shirley) Butterfield; sisters; Enith Butterfield and Rosemarie Cameron.
Nephews; Alfred, Derrick, William Butterfield, Leroy Burgess and Ivan Cameron, nieces; La-Shae Butterfield, Delphina Lodge, Lindsey Lodge and Terry Butterfield; cousins great-nieces and nephews as well as many family and friends too numerous to mention. Joseph was pre-deceased by his sisters; Shirley Lodge and Sylvia Richardson; nieces Rose-Ann Cameron and Latasha Saunders.
Attendees are invited to wear Red, Gold, and Green.
