A Celebration of life and home-going service for Julia Catherine “Aunt Kate” Coudet Darrell [nee Virgil], known affectionately as Sis Kate, Aunt Kate, Mom Kate, loving wife of the late Vincent E. Darrell in her 98th year of Westmeath Nursing Home, Pembroke, beloved daughter of the late Stanley and the late Ida Virgil will be held at The Salvation Army Corps, Cedar Hill, Warwick on March 12th, 2022 at 1:00pm.
A walk thru visitation will be held on Friday, March 11th, 2022 at The Salvation Army Cedar Hill Corps from 6:00 to 7:30pm.
Julia [Kate] Darrell leaves to mourn her memory children: Carolyn Roberts, Rosemarie Watts, Edward and Eugene Darrell; special daughters: Juliette Broadbelt, Debbie Ward-Osborne; sons-in-law Allan Greaves and Anthony Watts; daughters-in-law: Lauren and Ursula Darrell; loving brothers and sisters: Eugene, Leon and Charles Virgil, Phyllis O’Connor and Blanche Virgil; in-laws: John A. Darrell [Lucille], Howard Smith, David Bean, Judy and Janice Virgil; grand children: Sandra, Lisa, Roseanne, Michael, McCal, Shawn, Jevon, Tamisha, Deon, Edwina, Katrina, Takella, Teonnae, Eljahara, Juana, Tika, Deana, Kevin, Roland and Leton; 38 great grands, 9 great great grands; special nieces and nephews, numerous cousins and friends too many to mention.
A special thank you to The Salvation Army Cedar Hill Corps family, Verona Darrell, Violet Rodgers, Westmeath Nursing Home family and AMIS Memorial Chapel. Colours may be worn as purple and blue were her favourites.
