A homegoing memorial service for Leroy Albert Simmons in his 60th year of Glenwood Park Prescent Warwick, will be held at Augustus Funeral Home Orchid Chapel on Wednesday April 22,2026 at 10am, the interment of ashes will follow the service at Pembroke Parish Cemetery.
Leroy is lovingly survived by Glenwood Group home care team, residents, and the BHB ID Team. On behalf of the ID Team, we wish to extend our sincere condolences and thanks to everyone who contributed to his life and care.
