We celebrated the life and legacy of Lucille May Evans a.k.a. Aunt Cil, in her 89th year of Warwick, with a private, home-going celebration.
Devoted Mom to Lisa Spencer, cherished grandmother to Nezhii, Yndi-Amir, Zymir, Jaymie and Ziggy.
Lovingly remembered by children: Willard [Caurel], RoseMarie [Camille], Goeffe [Sophia, Khadeen & Jodie] and Nigel; brother Sterling Spencer; Bermuda siblings: Juanita Crockwell, Merle Doars and Henry Jones, numerous nephews and nieces.
Predeceased by her Mom Keziah Spencer; Bermuda Mom Envoy Lydia Furbert, sister Fredericka Darrell and 14 siblings.
Adored nephew Kevin Smith; special children: Zina Francis, Charles Butterfield, Trevor Waite and Fitz Walkes; forever friends Glady Dillas, Jean Vickers, Marianne Penner, Emancia Outerbridge, Shirley Richardson and Andrea Smith.
Dear to her heart, the children and families of The Salvation Army Nurseries on Radnor Road and Cedar Hill, along with the children of The Sarah Kempe Foster Home on Cedar Hill, Salvation Army Newlands Corp., past residents and staff of Lorraine Rest Home, Francis Patton School teachers and students.
