It is with great sadness but contentment, as she is no longer suffering that we announce the passing of our Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend, Marion Cordelia [Cameron] Wade, in her 81st year. She was predeceased by her son, Gavin Wade, brothers Arthur, Conrad Jr, Wendell, Jerry and Lauren Phillips and Sister Maureen Phillips Hart. She is survived by her cherished daughter, Tamika Wade-Trott, Grandson Adio, Granddaughter Chelsea, Brother Winslow Cameron, Sisters Jennifer Iris [Earl], Jacqueline Hatherley, Lavette Phillips Fuentes, Diane Outerbridge and Marilyn Cameron.

She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, too numerous to mention. Marion had special relationships with nieces Gina Griffith, Serena Iris, Lou Keisha Douglas and Lou Kai Tucker. She also had a special bond with Troy Trott, Son-in-Law and the Wade Family her “forever in-Laws”. Marion made friends with every one she met. Special mention of her neighbours Pam, Berny and Gene. Finally, Pals Nurse Kathy Fox and Andrea Phillips who were with her up to the very end. Pals Dr. Alikhani also became Marion’s friend. Marion’s warmth and friendliness, will be missed by all at the Dr. Cann Park, Southampton neighborhood, where she resided for close to 20 years. Marion will certainly be missed by her very special church family at the First Church of God, Transformation Centre especially special sisters, Esther Swan and Esther Emery. As Marion loved all types of hats, please feel free to wear any type of hat in remembrance of her. A Homegoing service for Marion Cordelia [Cameron] Wade will be held at The First Church of God, Transformation Centre on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at 3:00 pm. Interment will follow at St. John’s Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Augustus Funeral Home, Today, October 29, 2022 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
