A Home Going service for Mrs. Marshall Joycelyn Eileen Dowling, beloved wife to Weldon Dowling, daughter of the late Dalton and Joyce Stovell, loving mother to Simone Bowen [Godfrey], Anwar and Damon Darrell [Sameala] in her 66th year of 54 Wellington Back Road, St. Georges will be held at The Seventh-Day-Adventist Church, St. Georges Today, August 18, 2017 at 2:00 pm.
Interment will follow at St. Peters Cemetery, St. Georges.
Flowers may be sent.
