Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Mary Eduarda Mello.
A homegoing service for Mary Eduarda Mello, wife of the late Ernest Mello, daughter of the late Rosa and Joao Rocha, loving mother to Mary Jane Alves [Sammy], Rodney Mello [Filomena], Micheal Mello [Lucy], sister to David Rocha [Julie], Natilde Rocha and the late John Rocha, in her 86th year of 34 Chaingate Hill, Devonshire, will be held at St. Patrick’s Church, Smith’s, Today, October 23, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers donations to be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Interment will follow at The Holy Calvary Cemetery, Roberts Avenue Devonshire.
There will be no viewing.
Lovingly survived by grandchildren: Paul, Linda, Andy, Melissa, Amy, Jason and the late Christopher; great grand daughters: Brooklyn, Brittany, Brianna; special niece: Mary De Olivera; nephews: Mark, Andrew and Daniel Rocha.
