Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Mr. Melvin Roderig Alick.
A Home-Going service for Mr. Melvin Roderig Alick, beloved husband of Roseann Alick, son of the late Eugene Alick and the late Lillian Alick nee Lovell, loving father to Toshika, Melvin Jr [Lois], and Malik Alick, grandfather to Jaela and Jai Alick, of 6 Channel View Lane, Crawl Hill, Hamilton Parish CR 02, in his 64th year, will be held at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 60 North Shore Road, Hamilton Parish, on Monday, June 1, 2015 at 2:00 pm.
Interment will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery. Flowers may be sent or donations made to LCCA, Suite 211, Int’l Centre, 26 Bermudiana Rd, Hamilton HM 11.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Augustus Funeral Home Rose Chapel Sunday evening May 31, 2015 from 7:30 – 9:00 pm also at Bethel A.M.E. Church on Monday, June 1, 2015 from 1 – 1:55 pm.
Also surviving are brothers: Lloyd, Derrick [Donna], and Troy Alick; sisters: Maxcine DeSilva, Sandreana Taylor [friend Darren Millett], Hazel Will [England], Sandrea Jackson [N.J.] and Paula Hanley; aunt: Kathleen Lovell; brothers-in-law: Greg [Betsy] and Glenn [Joeann] Johnson. Mother of Toshika and Melvin Jr: Dolores Alick, nieces, nephews and numerous other relatives and friends.
Melvin Alick was predeceased by twin brothers Derrick and Lionel Alick; father-in-law Howard Johnson and mother-in-law Rosalie Johnson.
