AMIS Memorial Chapel and Crematory regrets to announce the passing of Michael Anthony Leigh Paynter of 20 Grotto Heights, Blue Hole Hill, Hamilton Parish CR04 in his 37th year. Michael was the son of Marvin Paynter and beloved son of the late Darnell Todd-Wynn; and loving brother to Donovan Paynter; sister Daley Wynn-Furbert [Jason]; and stepfather Don Ricardo Wynn. A service of celebration for the life of Michael will be held at St. George’s Seventh Day Adventist Church at 2.00pm on Thursday, January 19, 2023.
Viewing will take place Wednesday, January 18th, 2023 at Amis Memorial Chapel from 6-7:30 pm and at the Church on Thursday, January 19th from 1-2 pm. There will not be an interment.
Michael will be lovingly remembered and cherished by his nephews Harley and Wilde Furbert and Liam Persaud; nieces Destiny and Luna Furbert and Zayle Millet, aunts Nickey Todd-Cox [Dwayne] and Sandy Jenkins [Ed]. Uncles Everard Todd II, and Michael Paynter. Cousins, Mandell and Rapheal Douglas, Ezara, Chelsea and Everard Todd III and Kaelin and Tahj Cox.
Special mention of his Godfather and confidant Major Kenneth ‘Tokey’ Dill. He will be sadly missed by his friend and business partner Luke Lindo; staff of the business Josh Simmoes, Donald Smith and Neitra Dill; good friend Mitchell; the St George’s business and entrepreneurial community; Canadian friends Vivek, Shazia, Zaisha, Joshua, Andrew, and Bianca; Grotto Bay staff; Dominican Republic friends Tony Martinez, Chave Rojas, Kevin & Nuris Brito, Nicki Almonte; and his Bermudian team in the DR, Deanie Smith [cousin], Racquel Ingemann, Adrian Dill, Clyde Outerbridge, Johnny Nusum, Henry James, Dre Berkeley and Thomas Maxwell; and the numerous customers, associates and friends of the business, Pedego Bermuda.
He was predeceased by his mother Darnell Todd-Wynn, aunts Wennae Douglas and Donna Todd; nana Gloria Todd and papa Everard Todd.
