A celebration of Life Service for Monica Elizabeth Marie Doers in her 84th year of 3 Fairhaven Lane, Sandys, SB01 will be held at St. James Anglican Church, Main Road, Sandy’s on Saturday, 7th January 2023 at 10:30am. Interment will follow service in St. James Cemetery.
A walk-through visitation will be held on Friday, 6th January 2023 from 7:00 to 8:30pm at C.W. Pearman Funeral Home, Main Road, Sandy’s.
She was the beloved wife of the late James Randolph Doers and daughter of the late Leslie and Ursula Harney.
She was predeceased by her loving daughter Leslie-Ann Doers, sister Janice Harney and brothers Leonard, Shirley and Anthony Harney, nephews Stephen Harney and Michael Lindsay.
She is survived by her cherished son Randolph Doers and loving daughter Kathy-Ann Doers; stepdaughter Jennifer Hall; daughter-in-law Laquita Doers; grandchildren Lakeisha Doers [Ronald], Jason Doers [Terita], Kara Doers [Adebowale], Bryson Doers, Randi Doers [Matiss], Morgan Doers-Donawa, and Jamon Doers; great grandchildren Latarie Doers-Bowen, J’si Doers and Ro’mai Doers-Bowen; sisters Victoria Lindsay, Frederica Smith and Maisie Tucker; brother Stephen Harney. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and godchildren, too numerous to mention.
Monica had many friends in Bermuda and overseas. She will be truly missed by all her friends both near and far.
Monica will also certainly be missed by her very special church family at Allen Temple AME.
