A celebration of life service for Neil Blackstocks Couper will be held at Christ Church, Warwick on Tuesday 24th June 2025 at 4:00 p.m. He is survived by his daughter, Fiona Couper-Smith [Geoff Smith] and son Jonathan Couper; grandson Jake Smith; brothers Colin and Ian; sister Alison [Masters]; and their families and many other friends in Bermuda and abroad. Colors may be worn.
