[AMIS Memorial Chapel & Crematory]

A celebration of life service for Neko Noel Etienne Cann, beloved son of Geraldine Smith [Cann] and the late Stephen Cann in his 49th year of # 39 Horseshoe Road, Southampton, will be held on Saturday, 22nd June 2024 at 2:00pm at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Middle Road, Warwick. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

There will be no viewng.

He is lovingly remembered by his son Daneko Cann-Hayward [Sequay] and the late Raheem Burgess; brothers: Omar [Maxine] Harvey, Juvonne and Malik Cann; adored grandson Ayce Burgess; aunts: Lydia Jones, Deborah [Roger] Gillett and Linda Trott; special aunt Patricia Parris, uncles: Gerald Smith, Dr. Richard Cann, Allan [Dawn] Cann and Noel [Beverley] Cann; special cousins: Jason Trott, Marcia Smith, Patrice Minors, Wayne [Shiela] Darrell, Roslyn Miller, Edmund, Sharon and Karen Smith, Tahrik Smith, Denzel Todd Smith, Shawnette and Patrice Smith, Krystal Smith, Roshanda Smith, Damien Smith, Shomari Smith, Pamela Ramsay, Gena Smith, Tio Smith, Tammy Davis and Leonie Curtis; godparents: Joanne Johnson, Shirley Raines, Gloria Daniels, Ann Spencer, Jennifer Smith and Gavin Stephens; godbrother and sister Omari Adderley and Mikheah Lightbourne; special friends: Lisa Pacheco and her son Jahzarius White, Kenneth Baker, Jason Smith, Ralph Burrows, Mahkal Darrell, mothers of his children Marie Burgess and Danielle Hayward, Cobb’s Hill Methodist Church family and many more relatives and friends too numerous to mention. Neko was predeceased by his grandparents Jeridore and Helena Cann, Edward and Ida Smith; uncles: Edward, Edmund and Quinton Smith and son Raheem Burgess.
