A Homegoing service for Mrs. Olive Marie Richards, wife of the late Joseph Richards, daughter of the late William and Marie Place-Wellman, loving mother to Vincent [Bongi] and Wendell Richards [Constance] and Joanne Simmons [Wayne], sister to the late Arthur, Reginald and Wellington Place, Dorothy Scantlebury, in her 96th year of 18 Tablerock Avenue, Pembroke, will be held at Grace Methodist Church, North Shore, today Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow at Wesley Methodist Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Grace Methodist Church, North Shore today Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 10:00 am to 10:50 am.
Lovingly survived by grandchildren: Khetiwe [Chris], Sakhile, Mpumelelo, Thobile [Joadane], Tabani, Nandi; great grandchildren: Zendaya, Khaya; sister-in-law: Ettie Place; nieces and nephews: too numerous to mention; cousins: Rosalie Dears, Valerie Pethen, Munro Smith, Cecil Pulley, Ryan Smith, Hattieann Gilbert; godchildren: Marie Richards, Pamela Carlington, Edwina Trott, Michael Wears; special friends: Grace Church Family, many overseas family and friends; special thanks to: Loving Caregivers.
