It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Ouida Mae Collins, on August 14th, 2022. Daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Arnold Usher of Cedar Hill Warwick. Mae resided in Elk Grove, Sacramento, California for many years with her late husband Jesse Collins a retired Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy. She leaves to mourn her passing, children Carl [Sabine] & Karla [Edger] Lacey, Jerrianne & Christan Lacey. Seven grandchildren, Everett & Miles Lacey, Grae & Dia Minors, Jamie Martin, Kaya & Christina Lacey. Her sister Patricia Lauder [George], & brother-in-law George Cannonier. Nephews, Nieces, Cousins and Friends. She was pre-deceased by her sisters Alfreda Samuels and Jeannette Cannonier.
A Celebration of life memorial will be held at a later date in Sacramento.
