A memorial service honouring the life of PAULA GLORIE CANN, daughter of the late Marion Simmons, beloved wife of Allan [Rooster] Cann, loving mother of Marlon Cann [Andrew], Lorna Armstrong [Kunta], Scymone Richardson [Frederick] and Erica Cann [Melvin], sister of Malcolm and Winfield Simmons and Lori-Jean Smith and the late Dwayne Simmons, in her 74th year, of 94 Somerset Road, Sandys, will be held on Saturday 27th January 2024 at St. James Anglican Church, Main Road, Sandys at 2:00pm. Interment will follow in St. James Cemetery.

She leaves to celebrate her life: grandchildren – Marquel [Tanaya] & Rachael Waldron, Aiyana & Ajani Cann, Jaaziah, Saneyah and Saezjah Richardson, Kinte Armstrong, Amayah & Aydenne Smith; great grandchildren – Micah and Mateo Waldron; brothers in law – Gregory Smith, Vernal and Ronue Cann; sisters in law – Tanya Goodchild, Janet Cann, Vandy Nunn and Sharon Ward: Nephews – Jamal Smith, Justin Simmons, Brendan and Keenan Smith and Moses Simmons; uncles – Erskine, Conway and Willard Simmons; aunts – Enith Wilson, Glenda Simons, Noreen Daniels, Sheila Thompson, Constance Richardson and Joan Van Putten; special family and friends – Vivienne Kipps, Elynn Jones, Kathleen Foggo, Jim & Anna Baecker, Alicia Williams, Jeehan Augustus, Kathy Ann Paynter, Teresa Manders, John Richards and Meserette Richardson; other friends and family too numerous to mention. Service arrangements will be announced later.
