Augustus Funeral Home regret to announce the death of Leslie Quedell Elgin ‘Boogie” Bean at the age of 65, who passed away peacefully on Friday, 17 October 2025. Leslie was the loving father to Tiffany Bean and Michela Williams and grandfather to Nikko, Rayyan, Yahya and Richardo. Leslie is survived by his father Ronald Bean Sr. and predeceased by his mother Joan Bean. He also leaves behind his siblings Bewel Smith, Martin “Mickey” Bean [Pat], Karen Bean-Desilva, Joann Furbert [Derek], Ronald “Ton” Bean Jr., Kervin “Copy” Bean [Pat], Bettina “Tingsy” Trott [Derron], and Melvita “Vita” Bell. A service to celebrate his life will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday 7 December at Devonshire SDA Church and a burial at St. George’s SDA Church.
